Last updated: 29 October 2026
Who we are
Halden Records is responsible for the personal data described on this page. You can reach us at hello@haldenrecords.com about anything here.
What we collect
- When you contact us or book a call: your name, work email, company, role, and whatever you choose to tell us.
- For business outreach: business contact details (name, role, work email and company) taken from public sources such as company websites and business directories.
- On this website: we don't set cookies or use analytics. Our hosting provider processes technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure the site.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiries and arrange calls, which are the steps you ask us to take before any agreement.
- To contact businesses that may qualify, based on our legitimate interest in offering our service to companies. You can object at any time and we will stop.
- To meet our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that run our email, call scheduling, calendar, video calls and hosting, and only so they can provide those services.
- With your agreement, the information you choose to share with a prospective buyer as part of a transaction.
We don't sell your personal contact details.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens, it is covered by appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it for the purposes above. If you ask us not to contact you, we keep your email address on a suppression list solely to make sure we don't contact you again.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it (including for outreach), and to receive a copy of it. Write to hello@haldenrecords.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
